Johnny Elmer

 
     Another of my fond friends from the early WLOX alumni, is Johnny Elmer, who used to play with a great band called "Songbook" .
     I lost track of Johnny a few years back, but I did find a link to George Keys who founded the group:

I lost many of my pictures in Hurricane Camille in 1969, including all those I had of Johnny.

Last time I saw him, we enjoyed the evening together with our wives at the "Dock of the Bay" in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi.  Circa 1992.

 

Oh Yeah, and whatever happened to Dewey Miller?
